The Taking Space worklab took place on 29 and 30 April 2023, with participants in Malmö (Sweden), Graz (Austria), Paris (France), and Whakatu/Nelson and Dunedin (Aotearoa New Zealand). We worked in UpStage and Jitsi to explore performance materials, research ideas and theatre exercises. More documentation to follow.
In the last weekend of April, the Mobilise/Demobilise artists will gather online and at physical locations in Malmö and Graz to explore the theme “Taking Space” in online and hybrid performance experiments.
Eva Ursprung and Alexandra Gschiel from the Graz team travelled to Sweden to meet and work with the InterAkt crew.
A collaborative work session with the theme “Connecting Worlds” will be held in November 2022.
Mobilise/Demobilise was presented at the Transit Festival, Denmark, from 6 to 12 June in the form of an installation.
